How far in advance should I reach out?
We recommend contacting us at least 6–8 weeks before your event. Popular dates fill quickly, especially during wedding season.

Most clients start with an Instagram DM — it's the fastest way to share inspiration images and get a quick read on availability.
What areas do you serve?
Toronto and the surrounding GTA. If your venue is outside that range, mention it in your inquiry and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you handle full setup and teardown?
Yes — we manage the full decoration arc, from installation to breakdown, so you can stay focused on the ceremony itself.
